Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on approving Proposal 304648.9 for five (5) Ford F-450 Ambulance(s) from Siddons- Martin Emergency Group in the amount of $1,231,550.00 pursuant to H-GAC Contract AM10-18 and authorizing the purchase.

Background

This is for five (5) Ford F-450 Ambulance(s) at $257,310.00 each for a total of $1,231,550.00 and utilizing the HGAC Cooperative contract Number AM10-18. The proposal includes a trade-in allowance of ($56,000.00) which will be addressed upon arrival of the new units. Mike Knipstein is the point of contact for this transaction. This expenditure will be charged to 0100-0540-005700. Funding was approved in the FY2020 budget
