Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on approval of the final plat for the Rancho Sienna Section 12A, Phase 2 subdivision – Precinct 3.

Background


This is next phase of the Rancho Sienna development.  It consists of 35 residential lots, 2 green space & drainage lots, and 2,134 feet of new public roads.  Roadway and drainage construction are not yet complete, but a financial security in the amount of $194,685.00 has been posted with the County to cover the cost of the remaining construction.
 
Timeline
2019-05-07 – initial submittal of the final plat
2019-05-31 – 1st review complete with comments
2019-06-27 – 2nd submittal of final plat
2019-07-22 – 2nd review complete with comments
2019-09-26 – 3rd submittal of final plat
2019-10-01 – 3rd review complete with comments
2019-10-07 – 4th submittal of final plat
2019-10-16 – 4th review complete with minor comments
2019-10-09 – 5th submittal of final plat with all signatures and a financial security in the amount of the remaining construction
2019-11-15 – 5th review complete with all comments clear
2019-11-20 – final plat placed on the November 26th, 2019 Commissioners Court agenda for consideration
