Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on approval of the final plat for the Santa Rita Ranch South Section 9A subdivision – Precinct 2.

Background

This is the next section of the Santa Rita Ranch South development.  It consists of 59 single family lots, 3 open space/landscape/drainage easement/water quality lots and 4,892 linear feet of new public roads.  Roadway and drainage construction are not yet complete but a financial security in the amount of $4,731,987.00 has been posted with the County to cover the cost of the remaining construction.

2019-02-11 – initial submittal of final plat
2019-03-08 – 1st review complete with comments
2019-04-17 – 2nd submittal of final plat
2019-05-06 – 2nd review complete with comments
2019-05-09 – 3rd submittal of final plat
2019-06-14 – 3rd review complete with comments
2019-11-18 – 4th submittal of final plat
2019-11-22 – 4th review complete with comments
2019-12-09 – 5th submittal of final plat with all signatures and financial security for the remaining construction
2019-12-11 – 5th review complete with all comments clear except for approval of the Santa Rita Ranch South revised preliminary plat
2019-12-17 – Santa Rita Ranch South revised preliminary plat approved in Commissioners Court
2020-01-02 – final plat placed on the January 7, 2020 Commissioners Court agenda for consideration
