Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on approval of the final plat for the Star Ranch Section 7 Phase 7 subdivision – Precinct 4.

This is the next section of the Star Ranch development.  It consists of 44 single family lots, 1 open space lot and 4,166 linear feet of new public roads.  Roadway and drainage construction are not yet complete but a financial security in the amount of  $94,089.82 has been posted with the County to cover the cost of the remaining construction.

2018-05-04 – 2^nd submittal of final plat
2018-07-02 – 2^nd review complete with comments
2019-06-03 – 3^rd submittal of final plat
2019-07-01 – 3^rd review complete with comments clear
2019-12-27 – financial security received for the amount of the remaining construction
2020-02-06 – final plat approved by the City of Hutto
2020-02-27 – final plat received with all signatures
2020-02-27 – final plat placed on March 3, 2020 Commissioners Court agenda for consideration
