Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on a Consent to Contract Assignment between Erin McClelland D/B/A Erin McClelland Museum Services, as Assignor, Williamson County, Texas, and MuseWork, LLC, as Assignee, relating to the assignment and transfers of all of Erin McClelland D/B/A Erin McClelland Museum Services’ interest, rights and obligations to MuseWork, LLC relating to the Services Contract RFP#1707-176 (Interpretative Planning and Exhibits River Ranch County Park Interpretative Center) originally executed by and between County and Erin McClelland D/B/A Erin McClelland Museum Services, dated effective October 10, 2017.
Background
Erin McClelland d/b/a Erin McClelland Museum Services, was the original service contractor for the interpretive exhibits at the River Ranch County Park Interpretive Center. Effective January 1, 2020, Museum Services merged with MuseWork, LLC. MuseWork, LLC was the design subcontractor that was included in Museum Services original proposal when initially contracted to do this project. The same staff originally assigned to this project will continue in that role and Ms. McClelland will continue to serve as the primary point of contact. This consent to contract assignment has been reviewed and approved by Legal, Purchasing and Audit.
