Discuss, consider and take action on the approval of Team Rubicon performing a fire mitigation project at Twin Springs Preserve on February 1st and 2nd and February 15th and 16th.

Background

Team Rubicon, Inc. is a 5013(c) organization that is volunteering to mitigate the fire potential for Twin Springs Preserve. Team Rubicon will construct a shaded fuel break at no cost to the county and Team Rubicon will be able to certify their volunteers in operating a chain saw.
