Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on a line item transfer for the Animal Shelter Donation Fund.
Background
The Veterinarian position will be vacant on January 24th, 2020. The job has been posted but due to lack of applications, the Veterinarian has agreed to work on a temporary basis until the full time position is filled. The line item transfer will fund the temporary position for approximately 12 weeks. Animal Shelter general donations is the source of funds for the temp position.
