Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on approval of the final plat for the Rancho Sienna Section 12B subdivision – Precinct 3.

This is the next section of the Rancho Sienna development.  It consists of 67 single family lots, 2 open space lots, 1 open space/drainage lot and 2,425 feet of new public roads.  Roadway and drainage construction is not yet complete, but a performance bond in the amount of $290,600.00 has been posted with the County to cover the cost of the remaining construction.

2019-05-31 – 1^st review complete with comments
2019-06-27 – 2^nd submittal of final plat
2019-08-27 – 2^nd review complete with comments
2019-09-26 – 3^rd submittal of final plat
2019-10-01 – 3^rd review complete with comments
2019-11-04 – 4^th submittal of final plat
2019-11-13 – 4^th review complete with comments cleared except for remaining construction
2020-01-21 – receipt of performance bond for the cost of the remaining construction
2020-01-22 – receipt of final plat with all signatures
2020-01-23 – final plat placed on January 28, 2020 Commissioners Court agenda for consideration
