Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on approving the service contract between Williamson County and Technology for Education LLC d/b/a TFE Connect to provide renovations to the Audio and Visual at the Georgetown Historic Courthouse in the amount of $49,863.00 per the terms of DIR Contract DIR-TSO-3360, funded through P531, and authorizing execution of the agreement.

Background

This agreement is for the main renovations of Audio and Visual at the Georgetown Historic Courthouse to demo existing screen, projector, and install new equipment. Department point of contact is Richard Semple. Funding source is P531.
