Purchasing solicited bids for Great Oaks Brushy Creek MUD Water Line Relocations. The bids have been reviewed and the apparent low bid (QA Construction) was found to be responsive and materially balanced. In addition to meeting the bid qualifications subject to being low bidder, QA Construction is currently performing similar work on a City of round Rock project (Arterial H). Based on the low bid of $1,325,000.00, HNTB concurs with the Design Engineer’s (Cobb Fendley) recommendation of award for the Great Oaks Brushy Creek MUD Water Relocations contract to QA Construction in the amount of $1,325,000.00.
