Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on the Williamson County North Campus Project (P324) Vaughn Change Order No. 72 in the amount of $133,985.00 to approve funding for the finish-out of interior office and restroom space and exterior fencing and gates. This change order is to be funded by the Owner’s Contingency from within the existing contract.
Background
This change order allows for the complete finish-out of the Facilities Warehouse (N. Campus Building A) per the original design. This includes the finish-out of office space, restroom facilities, janitor’s closet and general warehouse space, as well as an exterior yard fence with security gates.
