Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on appointment of Edward H. Trent to fill the unexpired term of Place #2 on the Emergency Services District (ESD) #12 Board of Directors, with the term beginning effective immediately and ending on December 31, 2021.
Background
Edward Trent will be replacing the Place #2 board member, who has submitted his letter of resignation after serving on the ESD Board of Directors since its creation in February 2012.
