Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on approving a 2015 Certificates of Obligation budget transfer to move $175,000 from Jester Annex Ambulance Bay (P527) to M11 Ambulance Station (P512).
Background
When additional funding was approved on October 1, 2019, item 30 a new project was created when the existing project budget should have been increased.
