Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on approving a blanket purchase order for 2019 microfilm imaging services to the Texas State Library in the amount of $75,000, pursuant to the provisions of the Interagency Cooperation Act, Texas Government Code, Title 7, Chapter 771.
Background
Approval of this blanket purchase order will support the operations of the Williamson County Clerk's office. Original agreement was approved on August 13th, 2019, Agenda Item #38. The maximum amount of this contract is $92,000 with $85,700 designated for imaging services. Funding was approved in the FY20 budget. This expenditure will be charged to 01.0384.0384.004550.
