Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on the Brushy Creek Marlins Swim Meet Parking Plan and Instructions for Sendero Springs Pool located adjacent to Sendero Springs Drive, Round Rock, Texas, for the 2020 Swim Season.
Background
This is an annual event. This year, there will be 3 dual meets on 5/16/2020, 6/6/2020, 6/13/2020 and in addition, there will be a tri-meet on 6/27/2020. This parking plan is the same as last year, which had no issues. The Williamson County Fire Marshal’s Office and the county engineer’s office have reviewed this plan and found no issues.
