Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on the DPS Interlocal Contract regarding the Failure to Appear reports by Justice of the Peace courts.
Background
This is a revised contract with DPS in regard to the failure to appear reports completed by Justice of the Peace courts in reference to Chapter 706 of the Texas Transportation Code that was originally signed on August 21, 2012. The changes in the contract have all been relayed to the JP Courts as well.
