Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on budget line item transfer request from Juvenile Services.

Juvenile Services is requesting a transfer from BLI 3011 (Computer Software) to BLI 3010 (Computer Equipment).  If approved, the department will use these funds to purchase iPad tablets for probation officers to utilize in the field.  The department has been shifting to a more paperless environment and the tablets will allow officers to obtain signatures from youth and parents while in the field without the need to print paper.  The department did request and were approved for the tablets during the FY20 budget process, but we did not allocate enough money to that line.
