Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on awarding RFQ #2574 Environmental Services to the overall most qualified respondent SWCA, Inc. and authorizing execution of the related agreements.
Background
Purchasing solicited sealed statements of qualifications for Environmental Services. 34 suppliers participated in the RFQ of which 14 submitted a response. An evaluation was held and it was determined that SWCA was the most qualified to provide the services required by the County. The not-to-exceed contract amounts will be $500,000.00 (Road Bond) and $1,000,000.00 (Road & Bridge). Department point of contact is Bob Daigh. Funding Source 2019 Road Bond & 01.0200.0210.004100.
