Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on approving a service contract between Williamson County and Knight Security Systems, LLC to provide support for Williamson County Buildings in the amount of $65,103.72 per the terms of DIR Contract #DIR-TSO-3430 and authorizing execution of the agreement.
Background
This agreement is for the renewal and support of the software as well as for troubleshooting failures and replacing broken or damage cameras around Williamson County department buildings in the amount of $65,103.72. This amount will be billed annually for a term of five (5) years. Department point of contact is Richard Semple. Funding Source is 01.0100.0503.004500 for FY20.
