Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on approving a service contract between Williamson County and Texas Fence, LLC to provide installation of a new fence at the Expo Center in the amount of $36,217.50 and authorizing execution of the agreement.
Background
This agreement is for the installation of a 2,000 foot 3 Rail Fence with a Gate Wheel at the Williamson County Expo Center. The department received 3 quotes for this service and Texas Fence, LLC provided the best price to the County. Department point of contact is Clint Chitsey. Funding Source is 01.0100.3106.005300 and was approved in the FY20 budget.
