This is the next section of the Siena development. This subdivision consists of 193 single family lots, 1 PUE & access easement lot, 1 drainage easement & PUE lot and 6,286 linear feet of new public roads.

2019-01-22 – 3^rd submittal of final plat
2019-02-06 – 3^rd review complete with comments
2019-04-22 – 4^th submittal of final plat
2019-05-23 – 4^th review complete with comments clear except for completing construction
2020-02-10 – receipt of final plat with all signatures
2020-02-11 – construction complete
2020-02-20 – final plat placed on February 25, 2020 Commissioners Court agenda for consideration
