Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on approving a service contract between Building Abatement Demolition Company (BADC) and Williamson County for Demolition of Structures, in the amount of $115,800 as per TIPS Contract 181101, and authorizing execution of the agreement.

Background

This item is for the demolition of Right-Of-Way Houses. The fixed lump sum fee under this contract is $115,800.00, unless amended by a change order and approved by the Williamson County Commissioners’ Court. The detailed scope of work and proposal from the BADC is attached as Exhibit A. Point of contact is Bob Lubecker and Funding Source is 01.100.1009.4509 approved in FY20 Budget.
