Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on awarding RFQ #2967 Planning and Design of Flood Protection System to the overall most qualified respondent EDGE Engineering, PLLC and authorizing execution of the agreement. Funding source P383.
Background
Purchasing solicited sealed statements of qualifications for planning and design of a flood protection system. 11 firms participated in the solicitation of which 2 firms submitted a response. Interviews were held with the 2 firms and it was determined that EDGE Engineering was the most qualified firm to provide the requested services. The amount of this contract will be $500,000.00. Department point of contact is Bob Daigh.
