Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on approving the Interlocal Agreement between the City of Wortham, Texas and Williamson County for the sale of two (2) surplus patrol vehicles in accordance with Tx. Local Gov't Code 263.152.(a)(1).
Background
Williamson County is willing to provide two (2) used, safe, well-maintained and operable surplus patrol vehicles to the City of Wortham, Texas at a fair rate not to exceed $14,104.22 (total). Sale condition of vehicle is "AS IS" with no warranties of any kind. Fair Market Valuation (attached) was performed by Kevin Teller, Director of Fleet Services. Both vehicles had previously been approved by Commissioners Court for Auction: VIN #2221 on 11/5/19 Agenda, Item #8 and VIN #0834 on 1/7/20 Agenda, Item #10.
