Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on a line item transfer for Pretrial Services.
Background
Pretrial Services is requesting a transfer of $1,500 from Contingencies Line (0591-004998) to Computer Equipment Line (0591-003010). If approved, Pretrial Services will use these funds to purchase two combination printer/scanners, one each for Department Director and Manager. This was discussed by District Court Administration with the Budget Office, who indicated that this would be an appropriate way to facilitate this purchase.
