Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on the amendment to the Interlocal Contract for the Next Generation 9-1-1 Database Program for FY 2020 with the Capital Area Emergency Communications District (CAECD).
Background
This is an amendment to the approved agenda item 24 on the Commissioner's Court agenda from the 3/10/2020 meeting. CAPCOG/CAECD revised section 5.1 after inadvertently making an error in that section of the contract that would cause a higher amount to be allocated to this contract than was intended.
