Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on approval of the final plat for the Park at Blackhawk IV Phase 3 subdivision – Precinct 4.

This is the next section of the Park at Blackhawk IV development.  Only a small portion of the rear of Lots 46-50, Block K and no roads are located within Williamson County.   The majority of this subdivision lies within Travis County and the entire subdivision is located within the ETJ of the City of Pflugerville. There are 78 lots and 3,256 feet of new public roads in total.
