Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on a request by the Office of Emergency Management to add a new position to the Dept. 0541 budget for FY20:  Hazard Mitigation Program Coordinator in the amount of $41,445.67  (full 12 month amount is $82,891.35), salary and fringe, and $28,904.00, Operations and Maintenance, associated with the position for the remainder of the current fiscal year. This increase will be funded through a budget amendment.
