Background
IBM is offering free use of their IBM's Watson Citizen Chat Assistant through the end of June. IBM’s Watson is an enterprise-grade artificial intelligent agent that helps organizations transform the citizen experience by delivering 24/7 proactive and personalized services while ensuring data privacy. The tool is used as a virtual assistant to answer COVID-19 questions that can be found on our website. It is multi-lingual with 11 languages. The system was tested by Technology Services and Public Affairs with input from the Call Center.
