Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on ratifying agreement for rental of ten (10) Travel Trailers from Woody RV Rentals, LLC in the amount of $18,340.00, to support the operations of the Williamson County Emergency Services Operations Center, and exempting this rental from the competitive bidding requirements per Texas Local Government Code Section 262.024.(a)(2).
Background
This rental agreement is for temporary housing of Personnel aiding in the response to COVID-19 in the ESOC. Term of this agreement sixty (60) days. Due to the urgency of this request, this agreement was signed by the County Judge prior to Commissioners Court approval. Department point of contact Julie Kiley and Michael Shoe. Funding source 01.0100.0409.004987.
