Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on a line item transfer for Pretrial Services.
Background
Pretrial Services has two management-level employees who utilize their personal cellular devices for essential business communication during and outside traditional office hours. Presently, the Department Budget has funds to support a Cell Phone Stipend for one such employee. The requested line item transfer will allow for a Cell Phone Allowance for the second management-level employee. The funds in the source line item (Internet/Email Svs) are more than sufficient to support this request.
