Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on approving the Software Evaluation License Agreement between Williamson County and CentralSquare Technologies, LLC. for software training to support the operations of the Williamson County Sheriff's Office and authorizing execution of the agreement.
Background
This agreement is for training on the P2C (Police to Citizen) module of the CentralSquare software currently owned by the County. The term of this agreement is April 20, 2020 to December 1, 2020. This is being provided at no cost to the County and will help departments during the time of social distancing limitations. Department point of contact is Richard Semple.
