Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on accepting and approving a report on the Williamson County Exposition Center Pavilion Project (P-474); Prime Construction Change Order #3 in the amount of $27,234.07 for modified scope of work on Fire Suppression System change from Wet to Dry.
Background
This change order is to furnish and install all materials, tools and labor required for change in scope. There is no time extension expected. On March 6, 2018, the Williamson County Commissioners Court granted Dale Butler, Williamson County Facilities Department Director, with general authority to approve change orders in relation to any Williamson County construction project pursuant to Local Government Code 262.031. This report is being provided for purposes of notifying the court of such change order and to place it in the minutes of the Commissioners Court.
