Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on authorizing the extension of 1903-305 Medical Supplies for Williamson County Jail, contract renewal option 1, for the term of July 01, 2020 through June 30, 2021 with Zhou Medical Solutions, LLC.
Background
This is the first renewal option period for this contract. The Sheriff's Office/Jail submitted a Vendor Performance Report (VPR) showing the vendor met all the county requirements and recommends renewal. The department point of contact is Abigail Dass. The funding source for this requirement is in the budget under Medical Supplies, 01.0100.0570.003200.
