Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on approving the agreement between Culligan and Williamson County for salt delivery in the amount of $533.46 per delivery, and authorizing execution of the agreement.
Background
Approval of this agreement will support the operations of the Williamson County Regional Animal Shelter. Agreement is for will call delivery of salt. Each delivery will be for 63 bags @$8.42 per bag plus and $3.00 delivery fee for a total of $533.46 per delivery. Legal and contract audit have both reviewed the agreement. This expenditure will be charged to 01.0545.0545.004510. Department contact is Linda Gunter.
