Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on approving the service contract between Williamson County and Catapult Systems, LLC to upgrade existing Exchange Hybrid Servers at the request of the IT Department in the amount of $12,950, per DIR contract #DIR-TSO-3843, and authorizing execution of the agreement.
Background
This agreement allows IT Department to upgrade Exchange Hybrid Servers and clean up some legacy configurations that are no longer necessary. Department point of contact is Richard Semple. Funding Source 01.0100.0503.004100.
