Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on awarding RFQ #2579 Material Testing and Geotechnical Engineering Services to the overall most qualified respondents ETTL Engineers & Consultants, Inc., Fugro USA Land, Inc. and Kleinfelder, Inc. and authorizing execution of the agreements.
Background
Purchasing solicited sealed statements of qualifications for Material Testing and Geotechnical Engineering Services. 17 firms participated in the RFQ of which 13 firms submitted a response. The firms were thoroughly evaluated by an evaluation committee and it was determined that ETTL, Fugro and Kleinfelder were the most qualified firms to perform the services required by the county. Each contract amount will be $500,000.00 for Road Bond Services and $400,000.00 for Road & Bridge Services. Department point of contact is Bob Daigh. Funding source 01.0200.0210.004160 and 2019 Road Bond.
