Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on ratifying the Short Form Agreement between Clarity Ventures and Williamson County for DNN Content Management System consulting and software update services to support the operations of the Williamson County IT Department and authorizing the execution of the agreement.
Background
This item is for consultation services for working on our public website to address stability and reliability. The detailed scope of work and proposal in the amount of $14,000.00 from Clarity Ventures is attached. Three quotes were obtained. While this was being reviewed by Legal and Contract Audit, the purchase had to be made quickly as the website went down. The expenditure was charged on a Pcard. The point of contact is Benjamin Wassink and Funding Source 01.0100.0503.004100- Professional Services approved for FY2020.
