Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on Work Authorization #3 in the amount of $240,225.00 to expire on April 1, 2021 under Williamson County Agreement for Architectural and Engineering Services dated January 30th, 2019, between Williamson County and Reliance Architecture, LLC for the design and construction administration of the Rooftop HVAC Replacement Project for the Juvenile Justice Center
Background
This project will be managed by Facilities Project Manager, Tom Stanfield, and will be funded under P533. The A/E will design plans and specifications for the replacement of all R-22 Freon HVAC Units and HVAC Controls to include recommended improvements to the technology and types of systems and controls.
