Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on accepting and approving a report on the Williamson County Inner Loop Annex Renovations (P-434); Vaughn Construction Change Order #1 in the amount of ($195,667.00) for removing security scope from original contract. This change order results in a credit to the project.
Background
| This change order is to remove the security scope from the contract. There is no time extension expected. On March 6, 2018, the Williamson County Commissioners Court granted Dale Butler, Williamson County Facilities Department Director, with general authority to approve change orders in relation to any Williamson County construction project pursuant to Local Government Code 262.031. This report is being provided for purposes of notifying the court of such change order and to place it in the minutes of the Commissioners Court. |
