Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on accepting and approving a report on the Williamson County Inner Loop Annex Renovations (P-434); Vaughn Construction Change Order #2 in the amount of $9,995.00 for changes in scope associated with ASI.
This change order provides revisions to break room for vending machine relocation and additional demo of constructed cubicle walls in the old HR area.

Background

This change order is to provide changes in ASI 1 to the contract. There is a time extension expected of 6 days. On March 6, 2018, the Williamson County Commissioners Court granted Dale Butler, Williamson County Facilities Department Director, with general authority to approve change orders in relation to any Williamson County construction project pursuant to Local Government Code 262.031. This report is being provided for purposes of notifying the court of such change order and to place it in the minutes of the Commissioners Court.
