Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on approving the system enhancement agreement between FirstWatch Solutions, Inc. and Williamson County.
Background
FirstPass allows Williamson County EMS to capture data that can be monitored by FirstWatch. This allows for automated feedback on adherence to patient care protocols, enabling more effective quality improvement. Williamson County EMS will become a FirstPass add-on agency to Williamson County Communications. Agreement was reviewed by WilCo legal. Funding was approved in the FY20 EMS budget.
