Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on an order declaring an emergency and a grave necessity due to unforeseeable circumstances and approve a budget amendment to acknowledge additional revenue for the Sheriff's Office.
Background
The budget amendment recognizes insurance proceeds from a total loss on SO vehicles. The proceeds are being used to offset the replacement cost of the vehicle.
