Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on an order declaring an emergency and a grave necessity due to unforeseeable circumstances to approve a budget amendment acknowledging the additional expenditure for the Sheriff's Office.
Background
The budget amendment recognizes insurance proceeds received for total loss of Sheriff Office vehicles. The proceeds are being used to offset the replacement cost of the damaged vehicles.
