Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on FY21 Capital Area Council of Governments (CAPCOG) air quality program annual funding.
Background
Due to the availability of state funding that can be used for air monitoring for FY 2020 and 2021, CAPCOG’s request for FY 2021 is considerably less than the funding requested for FY 2020, but will be critical to supporting the other activities in CAPCOG’s scope of work. The FY 21 ask is for $15,762, which is $29,944 LESS than FY 20.
