Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on approving the agreement between Williamson County and Cintas to provide Uniform Rental Services for the Williamson County Road and Bridge Department in the annual amount of $35,700.00, per the terms of Omnia Partners Contract #R-BB-19002 and authorizing execution of the agreement.
Background
This agreement authorizes the rental of uniforms for the Williamson County Road and Bridge Department (pricing as quoted in the attached agreement) for a 5-year term from March 27, 2020 to March 27, 2025, with a minimum term of 36 months. Department point of contact is Terron Evertson. Funding Source 01.0200.0210.003311.
