This Change Order provides for the final balancing for the overrun/underrun of the Williamson County Contract quantities on the project as a result of addressing field conditions not accounted for in the original plans. This Change Order adds a new bid item to compensate the Contractor for the cost to rent street plates that were necessary to cover the trench for the water service line during the time of discussions with the City of Austin, concerning the water service work.
