Background
This Change Order is a balancing Change Order. All work has been completed and punch list items appropriately resolved. Original contract amount was $1,192,809.00. With the addition of this change order, of $26,277.00, final contract amount will be $1,219,086.00. The change order is the result of changes to application rates of the asphalt and aggregate due to unforeseen site conditions. Funding Source : 0200-0210-003599.
