Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on approval of the final plat for the Park at Blackhawk IV, Phase 2 subdivision – Precinct 4.

This is the next section of the Park at Blackhawk IV development.  It consists of 27 lots, in Block K, that are either wholly or partially within Williamson County and approximately 864 feet of new public roads within Williamson County.   The majority of this subdivision lies within Travis County and the entire subdivision is located within the ETJ of the City of Pflugerville.  There are 99 lots and 4,424 feet of new public roads in total.

2018-10-02 – 2^nd submittal of final plat
2018-12-03 – 2^nd review complete with comments
2018-12-21 – 3^rd submittal of final plat
2019-01-26 – 3^rd review complete with comments
2019-03-06 – 4^th submittal of final plat
2019-03-20 – 4^th review complete with all comments clear except completing construction
2020-05-01 – final plat received with all signatures
2020-05-08 – construction complete
2020-05-14 – final plat placed on May 19, 2020 Commissioners Court agenda for consideration
