Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on approval of the amended plat for Lot 11, Block D of the Ridge at Cross Creek Phase 4 subdivision – Precinct 3.

Background

This amended plat is for Lot 11, Block D of the Ridge at Cross Creek Phase 4 final plat previously approved on June 4^th, 2019. It consists of one single-family lot with no new public roads. The reason for the amendment is to correct a boundary line along the northerly portion of Lot 11, Block D, that abuts the Morningstar Phase 3, Section 1A subdivision.
